Tooter Cookies
Our wonderful neighbors had a homemade blueberry buckle waiting on our kitchen counter for us when we got home late last Saturday night from St. Maarten. It was time to return the favor so today Mary Grace and I made Tooter Cookies -- really just chocolate chip from the recipe on the back of the Nestle chip bag with a little twist to make them soft and not crunchy.
She helped measure the ingredients and helped hold the mixer. Then she carried a place over to our wonderful neighbors. She was so proud.
